Cycle For Lyme Hits 1000 km
On June 6, 2011 , Cycle For Lyme hit the 1000 km mark. To some it may not seem like a big deal, but for a 47 year-old geezer that suffered from 21 years of Chronic Lyme Disease, it is more than a milestone........its a life changing achievement that the Canadian healthcare system needs to wake up and pay attention too....and no other family members have any conceit....I have it all.

Another great video! From one old geezer to another, you continue to inspire people of all ages through your efforts. There are still lots of folks who have no idea what a tick looks like or the significance of a bull's eye rash. I realize it's part of your personal mission to change that fact so others won't lose big chunks of their lives like we did to Lyme disease.
ReplyDeleteRock on! ("Ride on" might be more appropriate).

Sorry -- make that geezelle or geezette. I had to look that up. Brain fade caused the delay that I'm chalking up to Lyme disease.
ReplyDeleteWay to go!!! :)
